We make our pools ourselves at our factory in Bejuco, Chame. Piscinas Neptuno is a brand of Aquaprocesos S.A. (aquaprocesos.com), a company that also delivers large-scale engineering works. We have more than 35 years in business, since 1990. Buying from the manufacturer means you deal with the people who actually make your pool. Our founder, engineer Carlos Restrepo, has been building pools for 50 years, since before fiberglass pools became popular in Panama. Originally from Antioquia, Colombia, he built the pools at a well-known hotel on Isla Contadora and that’s how he came to stay in Panama, where he has lived for 28 years. That’s also why we build custom concrete pools and commercial waterslides.
A complete price, not just a shell
Every in-ground model includes the same things; only the size and the price change: excavation plus removal of soil and debris with an excavator, a high-quality fiberglass pool of the model you choose, transport, placement on your property by our site crew, complete plumbing with skimmer, pool vacuum and sump pump, a 0.50 m perimeter edge of cool deck (piso frío), one white or multicolor LED light with remote control, and a rock-look filtration house with plumbing, pump, sand filter, and a complete electrical panel with timer. The Nayara Free-Standing needs no excavation and comes with its own equipment package. These are base prices in USD with basic installation included; the final price depends on location, site access, and accessories.
Fast, clean installation
Because the pool arrives finished from the factory, installation is much faster and cleaner than building a concrete pool on site. Your pool is ready 30 days from the day you sign the contract.

Year-end deliveries: our factory closes from December 23, 2026 to January 6, 2027. Projects signed and paid by November 25 are delivered before the break; later contracts are scheduled from January 6.
2026 prices are valid for purchases until December 15, 2026, with installation until April 2027. We keep taking orders, but anything ordered after that date carries the 2027 increase of about 5% to 7%. Reserve early and lock in your price with Plan Separa.
Base prices in USD with basic installation included. The final price depends on location, site access, and accessories. Installation from Capira to Penonomé has no distance surcharge. Outside that area, a pool can cost between USD 750 and USD 2,500 more, depending on distance and site conditions. There is no fixed rate: we quote each case individually. The Nayara Free-Standing is priced for pickup at our factory in Bejuco, Chame, with shipping available anywhere in Panama.
Optional upgrades: a cleaning kit combo (USD 290, only as an upgrade on new installations), plus a salt chlorination system and a wider deck border of up to 1 meter (the included border is 0.50 m; widening it costs extra), which we quote on WhatsApp. Atenea models can also add a slide; home slides, straight or curved, are USD 1,500 today (offer price, previously USD 1,990), with installation and transport not included; they come with the water connections and are easy to install. Atenea and Hawaii pools are available with a built-in jacuzzi, Austri or Hércules; message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
How It Works
- Message us on WhatsApp. Tell us where your property is, how much space you have, and which models you like.
- Get your quote and choose your model. We confirm what’s included, any travel charges for your area, and the options you want. You’re welcome to visit our factory in Bejuco, Chame, first and see the pools in person.
- Sign your contract. Installments are agreed in the contract for your project, and your 30-day delivery period starts that day. (With Plan Separa it works differently: your pool is installed once you’ve paid 80%; see below.)
- Your pool arrives. We excavate, remove the soil, deliver the pool, and set it in place, and you pay the installments as agreed.
- Equipment installed and handover. We connect the plumbing, filtration, and lighting, then hand over your finished pool and you pay the final balance. If delivery goes past the 30 days from signing, 1% of the final balance is deducted for each day of delay, except for bad weather or force majeure.
The Nayara Free-Standing has its own simpler terms: 80% when you sign and 20% on delivery. Delivery is also 30 days from signing, and the late-delivery deduction is 1% of that final 20% per day.
Plan Separa: lock in today’s price and pay over time
Want 2026 prices but not ready to install yet, or prefer to pay in parts? Plan Separa is our layaway plan:
- Reserve with a minimum 10% deposit.
- Pay the rest over up to 12 months. Biweekly payments are fine, or monthly if you prefer.
- Your price is frozen from the day you sign up, even if list prices go up in 2027.
- We install once you’ve paid 80%, or deliver it if it’s a home slide. With Plan Separa, your installation date depends on when you reach 80%, not on a 30-day clock from signing.
- It applies to fiberglass pools, jacuzzis, and waterslides. It does not apply to concrete pools.
For example, an Atlantis M at USD 11,600 can be reserved with USD 1,160.

We use reliable filtration equipment that comes with its own warranty, usually Pentair or an equivalent brand. You receive the written warranty certificate on the day of final delivery, once you sign off that you’re satisfied, against the last payment. The waterslide warranty doesn’t cover scratches or paint damage from misuse, such as buttons, zippers, or snaps on swimwear, so we recommend fabric or lycra swimsuits without them.

Our factory is the one place where you can see our pools in person. It’s in Bejuco, Chame, Panama, on the Pan-American Highway (Carretera Interamericana), and covers 3 warehouses where we manufacture the shells. Jacuzzis
Fiberglass jacuzzis for terraces and pool decks
Our jacuzzis are handmade in fiberglass and installed with excavation, transport, crane placement, full plumbing, a 30 cm deck border, multicolor LED light with remote, and a filtration house with pump, sand filter, and electrical panel. Jacuzzis come with a 5-year warranty on the structure and the finish, which is different from the pool warranty. Installation from Capira to Penonomé has no distance surcharge. Outside that area, a jacuzzi can cost between USD 250 and USD 1,000 more, depending on distance and site conditions. There is no fixed rate: we quote each case individually. Chorrera and Arraiján are outside that area, so they fall in that range. Delivery is 30 days from contract signing, the same as our pools.

Jacuzzi prices and the promo are valid until December 23, 2026. No model includes a heat pump in its current price, whether it’s a pool or a jacuzzi, built-in or not. It’s an optional extra of about USD 1,500 to USD 6,000, depending on efficiency and energy use, and you choose it.

At Piscinas Neptuno, fiberglass pools for the second half of 2026 start at USD 6,500 for the Nayara Free-Standing and USD 8,500 for the Bermuda, our most affordable in-ground model, and go up to USD 31,900 for the Atenea 13 (13.00 x 5.00 m). In-ground prices include excavation, transport, installation, plumbing, filtration, LED lighting, and a 0.50 m deck border. Installation from Capira to Penonomé has no distance surcharge; elsewhere, add USD 750 to USD 2,500 depending on distance and site conditions, quoted case by case.
How long does installation take?
Your pool is ready 30 days from the day you sign the contract, for every model, including the Nayara Free-Standing. Because our pools are made at our factory in Bejuco, Chame, installation is much faster than building a concrete pool on site.
What warranty do your pools have?
Every Piscinas Neptuno pool comes with a 10-year warranty on the fiberglass shell and a 5-year warranty on the gel coat finish. Jacuzzis have a 5-year warranty on the structure and the finish, and waterslides have 5 years on the stability of the material and 2 years on the interior paint. You get the warranty certificate in writing on the day of final delivery.
How does payment work?

Do I need a permit to install a pool in Panama?
It depends on the type of pool. For a prefabricated fiberglass pool, a permit is generally required only in condo buildings (PH) or for very large projects; on private property it usually isn’t needed, because a prefabricated pool isn’t a conventional construction. Concrete pools are different: they do require a permit, including on private property, and we can handle the whole process for you. We help you with permits, and depending on the case, we can handle the whole process for you (the permit agent, the engineer who approves the plans, the architect, and so on) for about USD 1,000 to USD 2,000 depending on the pool type, including taxes and the building permit. Always confirm the requirements with your municipality or your PH administration.
Is a fiberglass pool hard to maintain in a tropical climate?
No. Fiberglass is smooth and non-porous, so it’s easy to clean and helps keep algae from sticking, and you can look after it yourself. Keep the water level above the skimmer, run the pump and filter every day on the timer, vacuum and brush with a soft brush, and check chlorine and pH with a test kit at least once a week. Avoid wire brushes and abrasive cleaners that can scratch the gel coat.
Can I have a saltwater pool?
Yes. A salt chlorination system is available as an upgrade on all of our pool models and jacuzzis. Message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
Can I heat my pool or jacuzzi?
Yes, with a heat pump. No model includes a heat pump in its current price, whether it’s a pool or a jacuzzi, built-in or not. It’s an optional extra of about USD 1,500 to USD 6,000, depending on efficiency and energy use, and you choose it. We recommend one for homes in cooler highland areas such as Boquete, Valle de Antón, or Altos del María.
