If you’ve retired to Panama, or you’re about to, a pool is probably on the wish list. The weather is warm all year, and a pool in the backyard gets used far more here than it ever did back home. The first question everyone asks us is simple: what does it actually cost?
Here are our 2026 prices, what they include, and the extras you should plan for. All prices are in US dollars, which is what Panama uses day to day.
Our 2026 fiberglass pool prices
Every pool below is built in our own factory here in Panama, and the price is for the pool installed in the ground, not just the shell. Sizes are for the pool shell. Standard depth is 1.40 m (4.6 ft), filled to about 1.35 m (4.4 ft).

Above ground option: the Nayara Autoportante uses the same 3.00 x 2.50 m (9.8 x 8.2 ft) shell, 1.40 m (4.6 ft) deep, but sits on the ground with no digging. It costs USD 6,500.
These prices are valid until November 15, 2026. If you sign and pay by November 15, you lock in the 2026 price, and we can install as late as May 2027.
What’s included in the price
For an in-ground pool, the price covers the whole job, not just the shell:
- Excavation and hauling away the dirt with an excavator
- The fiberglass shell, transport and placement
- Plumbing, a skimmer and return nozzles
- A pool vacuum and a drainage pump
- A 0.50 m (1.6 ft) tiled border around the pool
- One LED light with a remote control
- A filter house with a rock look, holding the pump, a sand filter and a control panel with a timer
One thing that surprises some people: our pools don’t come with jets. The return nozzles push water back into the pool so debris moves toward the skimmer. They keep the water clean. They aren’t for massage. If you’d like massage jets, we can add them to any pool, but it raises the price and needs a bigger pump.
Jacuzzi prices
If you’d rather have a hot tub style jacuzzi, or want one next to your pool, these are our 2026 prices:

Our jacuzzis do have jets, since that’s what they’re for.
Extras worth budgeting for
- Heat pump: not included in any model. It runs about USD 1,000 to 4,000, depending on efficiency and energy use.
- Upgrades: salt chlorination, a cleaning kit (USD 290), a wider 1 m (3.3 ft) tiled border, and a water slide entry on the Hawaii and Atenea models are all available at extra cost.
- Difficult access: if the shell can’t fit through your gate or driveway, we lift it over with a telescopic crane. The crane is quoted separately.
- Location: a zone surcharge may apply, depending on where you live. We’ll tell you up front when we quote.
- Permits: permits follow current Panamanian law, and we help you with the process.
How you pay
The standard schedule is 50% when you sign, 25% when the shell goes into the ground, 20% when the equipment goes in, and the last 5% on delivery.
If you’d rather spread it out, our Plan Separa lets you reserve your pool with as little as 10% down and pay the rest over up to 12 months, biweekly or monthly. Your price is frozen from the day you sign up, and we install once you’ve paid 80%. It applies to fiberglass pools, jacuzzis and slides, but not to concrete pools.
What about concrete?
With 40 years of experience building pools, with a history of changes and improvements, we’re happy to quote one. Every concrete pool is custom, so there’s no price list: we quote each one on its own design.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a small pool cost in Panama?
Our smallest in-ground fiberglass pool, the Bermuda, costs USD 8,500 installed. The above ground Nayara Autoportante costs USD 6,500. Prices are valid until November 15, 2026.
Is installation included in the price?
Yes. For in-ground pools, the price includes excavation, the shell, transport, placement, plumbing, the filter system and one LED light. A heat pump is not included.
How long does it take to get my pool?
We deliver within 30 days at most, counted from the day you sign the contract.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. With Plan Separa you put down at least 10%, pay the rest over up to 12 months at a frozen price, and we install when you reach 80%. It does not apply to concrete pools.
