Buying a pool in a new country can feel like a leap, especially when you’re not yet sure how things work here. So here’s exactly what happens from your first message to your first swim, and what our warranty covers in writing.
Step 1: Send us photos and a video
Start on WhatsApp. Send a few photos and a short video of the area where you want the pool and of the access from the street. That tells us which models fit and whether the shell can go in through your gate or needs to be lifted over with a telescopic crane. If a crane is needed, it’s quoted separately.
Step 2: Get your quote
We send you a quote with the model, the price and what’s included. Our 2026 prices are valid until November 15, 2026. A zone surcharge may apply depending on where you live, and we’ll tell you before you sign. Permits follow current Panamanian law, and we help you with the process.
If you’d like to see the pools first, visit our factory by appointment, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Step 3: Sign the contract
The 30 day clock starts here. We deliver your pool within 30 days at most from the day you sign. If we’re late, we give you a discount of 1% of the balance for each day of delay. It’s written into the contract.
The standard payments are 50% at signing, 25% when the shell goes into the ground, 20% when the equipment is installed, and 5% on delivery. With Plan Separa, you can instead reserve with 10% down, pay over up to 12 months at a frozen price, and we install when you reach 80%. Plan Separa doesn’t apply to concrete pools.
Sign and pay by November 15, 2026, and you keep the 2026 price even if you install as late as May 2027.
Step 4: We build your shell in Panama
While your site is being prepared, your shell is made in our own factory in Panama. We’re proud to build here, with a local team.
Step 5: Excavation and installation
We dig with an excavator and haul the dirt away, set the shell, run the plumbing, and install the skimmer, the return nozzles and the filter house with the pump, sand filter and timer. Then come the tiled border and the LED light.
A note on jets: our pools don’t include them. The return nozzles move the water toward the skimmer to keep it clean. If you’d like massage jets, we can add them, but it raises the price and needs a bigger pump. Our jacuzzis, of course, come with jets.
Step 6: Delivery and your written warranty
On delivery day, we show you how to run and use the equipment, and we hand over the manual and your written warranties:
| Product | Structure | Finish |
|---|---|---|
| Fiberglass pool | 10 years (shell) | 5 years (gel coat) |
| Concrete pool | 5 years (structure) | |
| Jacuzzi | 5 years | 3 years (paint) |
| Slide | 5 years | 1 year (paint) |
| Equipment (pump, filter) | 1 year from the manufacturer, valid only with a voltage protector |
Two things to know. The equipment warranty only applies if a voltage protector is installed, so please don’t skip it. And if a pool is installed by the owner or someone else, it doesn’t carry our warranty.
Step 7: Taking care of it
- Don’t use granular chlorine. It damages the finish.
- Dissolve soluble chlorine completely in a bucket of water, then pour it in while walking around the pool.
- Put chlorine tablets in the skimmer.
- Consider salt chlorination. With it, the finish lasts around 10 years.
Sizes, in case you’re comparing
Our in-ground pools are 1.40 m (4.6 ft) deep. They range from the Bermuda, 2.90 x 2.50 m (9.5 x 8.2 ft), at USD 8,500, to the Atenea 11, 10.00 x 4.00 m (32.8 x 13.1 ft), at USD 29,000. Concrete pools are custom and quoted on their own design.
